The REIQ has been representing the Queensland real estate profession for more than 100 years and has trained more than 60,000 real estate professionals. Our trainers and assessors have over 150 years of experience in the real estate industry between them and have been hand selected for their expertise and ability to convey their skills and knowledge to our students.

Samara Bedwell

Qualifications: Licensed Real Estate Agent Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and Certificate III in Business.
Experience: 21 years’ experience in the real estate industry. Began as a trainee receptionist, became an award-winning property manager for Raine & Horne, started and operated a rent roll for one of Queensland’s biggest building and development companies, owns and operates her own agency. Author, trainer and REIQ Property Management Support Service (PMSS) team member.

Selinda Randall

Qualifications: Licensed Real Estate Agent, Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Experience: Worked in real estate for more than 25 years across four states of Australia, a practising property manager, the principal licensee of a property investment company, and a trainer and advisor for the REIQ’s Property Management Support Service (PMSS).

Connie McKee

Qualifications: Licensed Real Estate Agent, Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and Diploma in Business (Real Estate Management).
Experience: Connie has been a real estate practitioner for over 40 years having owned three specialist property management businesses. She has also been a trainer, assessor and real estate speaker and advisor for over 25 years.

Rob Honeycombe

Qualifications: Licensed Real Estate Agent and Auctioneer, Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Advanced Certificate in Real Estate Management and Diploma of Business, Bachelor of Arts.
Experience: Started his real estate career in 1991. Has worked as a Agency Principal/Licensee and in residential sales, property management, project marketing and property development.

Rachael Wilschefski

Qualifications: Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Diploma Training Design and Development and Diploma Vocational Education and Training.
Experience: Born and bred into real estate, Rachael Wilschefski has worked in the industry for 22 years. Working her way up the LJ Hooker management ladder, Wilschefski began her career as a Business System Operator (BSO) and became a Director after just five years. Rachael wanted to give back to the real estate industry so she became a qualified trainer and assessor.

Cyndi Ward

Qualifications: Licensed Real Estate Agent and Certificate IV Training and Assessment (Current).
Experience: Property Management career spanning over 32 years. Hands on Licensee Managing Director of a Property Management Agency in Regional Queensland for 17-plus years.  Very passionate about Property Management.

Jason Bedwell

Qualifications: Licensed Real Estate Agent and Auctioneer, Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Experience: Jason Bedwell has been successfully selling residential real estate in the Redlands and across SEQ since 2007.  Jason brings a high level of negotiating ability and marketing expertise to the table.  He is active in the sales division and management of Macwell Property. He is also an Independent Property Auctioneer, and a Contract Trainer & Assessor with the REIQ.

Nicola Bowers

Qualifications: Licensed Real Estate Agent, Certificate IV Social Housing and Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.
Experience: Serving as the managing director of a property management, sales, and consulting company based in North Queensland. With a wealth of expertise spanning 17 years and three different states, I have managed a diverse portfolio ranging from high-end homes to social housing. This extensive experience has led to a new opportunity to commence as a trainer and advisor for the REIQ.

Rebecca Fogarty

Qualifications: Licensed Real Estate Agent, Diploma Business Management, Certificate IV Training and Assessment (Current).
Experience:
Rebecca has worked within property management for more than 20 years, moving from Property Manager to team leader, into Senior Property Manager and finally her transition as Co-Founder and Director of Blackbird and Finch - a multi-award winning Toowoomba based office. Rebecca’s expertise, reputation and systemised approach has captured intense customer loyalty over the years. Her wealth of industry knowledge, passion and experience is a key reason why she has won the REIQ Property Manager of the year for 2021.

Kellie Blanch

Qualifications: Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, Auctioneer Specialisation, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Experience: As a dedicated professional with over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Kellie specialises in delivering training to aspiring real estate agents, to ensure that they have the knowledge and tools to succeed. Kellie plays a pivotal role in shaping the skills and knowledge of legislative policy and standards across the industry to educate real estate agents on the importance and benefits of keeping themselves and their agencies up to date.

Isabel Tamayo

Qualifications: Licensed Real Estate Agent, Diploma of Property (Real Estate) and Certificate IV Training and Assessment.
Experience: A driven and focused real estate agent and property consultant with a Full License and over twenty years’ experience in property management and sales. With extensive hands on and consulting experience across all areas of real estate, Isabel’s passion and commitment is to support Queensland’s real estate sector to succeed.

Ros Waters

Qualifications: Licensed Real Estate Agent, and Certificate IV Training and Assessment (Current).
Experience: Outstanding customer service and going that extra mile for her clients has always been the top priority for Ros Waters. This dedication to working hard for her clients lead Ros to winning the Most Outstanding New Talent in Australia in her first year of selling real estate back in 2006. With now more than 17 years selling exclusively in the Gladstone Region, Ros has achieved the accolade of joining the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and Lifetime Achievement Award.

Nicole Devine

Qualifications: Licensed Real Estate Agent.
Experience: Nicole is an accomplished, licenced Real Estate Agent with 29 years’ experience in the industry and a wealth of practical knowledge. Nicole can draw on the understanding she has gained in her roles in property management and residential sales to support students with authentic examples, scenarios and insightful guidance.
