Expression of Interest
Please complete the following Expression of Interest Form to be notified as soon as the Consumer and Business Services (CBS) required programs, delivered by The REIQ, developed in partnership with REISA, are scheduled and open for registration.
Programs will be offered under The Real Estate Institute of Queensland Limited (REIQ) Registered Training Organisation (RTO #5420) and have been contextualised by REISA for the South Australian Real Estate Landscape, and packaged to align to Consumer and Business Services (CBS) prescribed requirements. Individuals and companies must be registered as land agents with Consumer and Business Services (CBS) if they carry on a business that buys, sells or otherwise deals with land or businesses - this includes property management, and negotiates the buying or selling of land or businesses. A sales representative is employed by a land agent and is involved in selling land and businesses. Registered land agents don't need a separate registration to work as a sales representative or property manager. Property managers work for registered land agents and manage residential or commercial properties.
