I have completed my full licence with REIQ and I was extremely happy with the course. It was informative, provided the necessary skills and knowledge, and was easy to navigate. Yes, there are mistakes in the course content, and even some ambiguity. However, a bit of common sense helped to overcome these concerns. The REIQ course facilitators are readily available for you if any clarification is needed along the way. (I might add that I have 2 degrees and when undertaking these it was also common to find errors in course content, etc. It sucks, but in life you have to sometimes work things out the hard way, you will learn more that way.) The course facilitators were very knowledgeable and have real life experience to draw on, definitely worth attending the course in person. Jeff Irvine, the head of training is great to deal with and takes a vested interest in you, he is always available on the phone or by email. Overall, my experience with REIQ has been positive and I would not hesitate in recommending others to do their training through this organisation; and I have already referred friends and colleagues.

I have had the best support thought-out my course. Emails have been answered quickly and the friendly staff that conduct the support calls have always been so helpful. No one was more supportive and helpful than Kellie. She got me over line.

I am very new to the industry, however the two trainers we had, have encouraged & reassured me in knowing that being a Real Estate agent is a rewarding and fast paced career for someone who is willing to put in the work and follow the rules 🙂

Very comprehensive course. Some questions can be confusing and trainer responses can be vague. It would be better if the same trainer marked from 1st assessment to the last. It would keep consistency in answer expectations. Overall covers a lot.

I enjoyed doing the course, the 'in person sessions' were very informative. Having spoken to a friend that did the express course, so glad I chose this one, I feel I have retained so much more by taking the time to complete REIQs version. Instructors were mega helpful.
