Queensland’s finest real estate professionals shortlisted for Awards

The stage is set for Queensland real estate’s biggest celebration, with the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ) today unveiling the finalists for the 2025 REIQ Awards for Excellence.

This year’s finalists represent the very best professionals in the business – individuals and agencies who have been recognised for their outstanding dedication to best practice, customer service, and high performance across a wide range of categories.

From sales and property management to commercial, buyer’s agency, auctioneering and business broking, the awards recognise the remarkable breadth of talent and expertise driving Queensland real estate forward. Community contribution, multimedia marketing, and industry innovation are also showcased with their own award categories.

REIQ CEO Antonia Mercorella said becoming a finalist was a mark of distinction and a milestone achievement.

“The REIQ Awards for Excellence represent professional recognition at the highest level in Queensland,” Ms Mercorella said.

“Each year our judges are blown away by the calibre of submissions and the exceptional field of nominations. They tell us how inspiring it is to see the passion, professionalism and pride that shines through from across the state.

The winners will be announced at real estate’s night of nights on Saturday, 8 November 2025 at the Brisbane Showgrounds. The event promises to be a dazzling evening where the industry comes together to celebrate excellence, cheer on colleagues, and recognise Queensland’s shining lights in real estate.

“The atmosphere on the awards night is electric – a mix of glamour, anticipation and celebration and a true highlight on the industry calendar,” Ms Mercorella said.

“It’s a room filled with high achievers who work tirelessly for their clients and communities – but also one filled with genuine camaraderie and support. While there are trophies to be won, the real reward is the recognition, motivation and celebration of success.”
