REIQ update from the CEO: 10th August 2022

With the new rental laws coming into force in less than two months, many property managers have rightly started preparing, including adopting the REIQ's best practice recommendations from our new tenancy laws training. This information includes a best practice recommendation for the Form 12 due to changes in periodic tenancies.

Those who were unable to attend the training can download our free training toolkit and purchase a video of the training event here. REIQ members are reminded they can contact the Property Management Support Service on 1300 MYREIQ or at pmsupport@reiq.com.au if they have any questions related to the new tenancy laws.
