REIQ AWards for excellence
Every year the REIQ Awards for Excellence acknowledge the real estate profession’s top performers across the state. The awards aim to encourage, recognise, and promote excellence and best practice in the profession.
With numerous individual, agency, and external categories, competition is fierce year after year as Queensland real estate’s best and brightest vie to be recognised by one of the sector’s highest accolades.
REIQ CEO Antonia Mercorella says she’s continually heartened by the quality of the professionals within the real estate sector.
“Real estate is a competitive industry, but the REIQ’s annual Awards for Excellence is a great way for our community to come together and celebrate each other’s successes,” she says.
“The REIQ awards deliver on our promise to improve the standard of professionalism and give consumers greater confidence in choosing a real estate practitioner.”
Kate Short, 2019 winner of REIQ’s Commercial Property Manager of the Year, says her award was a major achievement that allows her to set herself apart from her peers.
“It demonstrates my commitment to my career and the assets that I manage,” says Short.
“And it’s been extraordinary in lifting my confidence in my day-to-day interactions with clients and tenants.”
The Awards for Excellence typically take place in the first quarter of each year, and so your nominations must be placed in the final quarter of the previous year – don’t miss out!
