REIQ update from the CEO: 20th April 2022

I'm looking forward to travelling across Queensland and seeing you face to face as part of the REIQ's Zone Events. Those involved with commercial sales should be aware that there will be changes to the REIQ commercial contract on 9 June 2022. To ensure everyone is across the changes, the REIQ is staging a free commercial contract changes webinar between 10am and 11am on Tuesday 3 May. Commercial sales agents and admin professionals who handle these contracts can register here to join the webinar.

Agency principals and business owners are invited to join our 'Employing Real Estate Industry Staff' webinar on Tuesday 26 April. REIQ General Counsel Katrina Beavon and Carter Newell Lawyers Partner Lara Radik will provide useful tips and help you avoid traps when hiring, managing and dismissing your staff under the Real Estate Industry Award.
