The REIQ recently released its Queensland median house and unit price data for the March 2022 quarter. The figures reveal there is still wind in the sails of the Queensland property market despite several disruptions during the first quarter, including COVID-19 outbreaks, a flood disaster, the looming Federal election and speculation over interest rate rises. Overall, Queensland median house prices climbed 3.23 percent and median unit prices rose 2.17 percent during the quarter. See our breakdown across the state here.
